I came to SmartSites by way of google having just starting out with expanding my business to include internet advertising. I was skeptical having not the best experience with a local website designer. I can truly say my experience with this company has been nothing but beyond any expectations I could ever ask for. My account manager, Connor, responds to every single inquiry immediately (even all my stupid questions) day or night, never tries to upsell me and genuinely cares about doing a job that produces great results. No matter the task, he goes above and beyond every single time and it is never a bother when I call. He is truly the best! The owners of the company lead by example and get involved as when Connor was away on a weekend,Alex was emailing me responding and even making ad buying changes late at night.
