We have asked Coalition Technologies to analyze our current website in detail to identify areas of improvement. They did a very thorough job leaving no stone unturned and came back with feedbacks and ideas very specific to our brand to fix the issues. We are planning on using this analysis to improve our website going forward.

We reached out to Coalition Technologies for help with revising our small business website and with SEO. From our initial contact via chat, to an immediate follow-up phone call from Charles, and subsequent emails with Kristina, I found the staff to be extremely considerate, friendly, and helpful. Coalition Technologies helped me understand and navigate the world of SEO, which has always seemed overly complex to me and something I didn't have time to research and learn. They walked me through the steps of optimizing my SEO so that customers are more likely to find my website and shop there. As a bookstore owner, I know that e-commerce is an important aspect of my business, but I was losing sales and potential customers.
